The problem
Teachers were being asked to personalise material for every student while carrying a full teaching load. The product had to make course creation fast enough to actually get used, and legible enough that a teacher could hand it to a class on day one.

Decisions
Design for the teacher, not the demo(01)
The interface is organised around creating and adjusting a course quickly, rather than around showing off what the system can generate. Progress tracking sits where a teacher looks for it, not on a separate dashboard.
An identity that reads as trustworthy, not novel(02)
The brand system was kept calm and institutional. Education buyers are conservative; the work needed to feel dependable in front of a school, not experimental.

- Type
Measured, not described. The typeface is the computed font stack of elements on the live site, and the colours are computed CSS values. The one swatch marked as sampled was read from a photograph on the page.
Build notes
- Shipped as a production web application at its own domain
- Course content, progress tracking and teacher tooling in one interface
Outcome
Relaunched, with revenue up 146%.

In the client's words
Our site had no character and no direction. Basic sections, basic colours, no transitions, no feel. The analytics told us what it was costing us: we couldn't close high-ticket clients, and our B2C numbers were falling. What came back looked like the work of a company worth billions. You'd assume there were a hundred developers behind it. They took the platform's vibe and turned it into a brand that is high quality and genuinely easy to market.
