Terms

How we work together.

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover the use of this website and the general shape of an engagement. Every project is governed by its own written proposal, and where the two differ, the proposal wins.

Scope
Work is defined in a written proposal listing deliverables, stages and price. Anything not in that document is not in scope. Changes are quoted before they are started, never billed after.
Quotes and estimates
Prices published on this site are ranges, not offers. A quote becomes binding when it is issued in writing for a specific scope and accepted in writing. Quotes hold for 30 days.
Payment
Projects are invoiced in stages against the stages in the proposal. Work on a stage begins once the previous stage is settled. Terms are stated on each invoice.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the delivered design and the code written for you. We keep the right to show the work publicly and to reuse our own underlying tools and techniques. Third-party licences — typefaces, photography, services — are yours to hold and are named in the handover.
Liability
We are liable for the work we deliver, up to the fees paid for it. We are not liable for third-party services, for content you supply, or for changes made to the work after handover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Anything that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
